This classic hit by Simon and Garfunkel continues to be popular today. Older generations love the original and younger fans enjoy the cover by Disturbed. Even the movie Trolls features this great song! This piece is so versatile as part of any repertoire, and it translates very well to the harp.
This arrangement falls easily under the fingers making it easy to learn. It is playable on both lever and pedal harps, with no lever or pedal changes. Two versions are included in this PDF, one in the key of D minor (has B flats), and one in the key of E minor (has F sharps). (2 pages)

ReplyDeleteThis is one of many pieces I have bought from Jodi Ann. I didn't really know the piece at all, not even listened to it, but I found it was a classic piece, and one people in nursing homes might remember. I love the arrangement, and I love to play it. It wasn't difficult to learn how to play, but there were a few measures that needed a little more practice. This arrangement seems similar to Pentatonix's version, which is one I really like.
