This beautiful Christmas hymn is written in 4/4 time instead of the traditional 3/4 time, giving it a more calm and peaceful feeling. It is soothing to play and to listen to. The first verse has a simple melody line with a repeating pattern in the left hand. The second verse is fuller and has some lovely downward broken chords. This arrangement is perfect for Christmas worship services or other holiday events.
This piece is playable on both pedal and lever harps. It is written in the key of G with no lever or pedal changes. (2 pages)
